| Hi, My name is Tina Czech and I'm the new school counselor at Weaver Lake and Birch Grove Elementary School. Previous to the Osseo school district I was a K-3 School Counselor in Minneapolis.
As a school counselor I work with all students K-6 to develop social skills and communication skills that will help them be successful citizens. I work with students in a variety of settings, including classroom, small groups, and individual meetings.
