Volunteer Application

Below is an online application for Volunteering at Weaver Lake. This online form will submit an electronic application directly to the Volunteer Coordinator. Submitting your information electronically saves many hours of data entry.

If you perfer to submit a paper document scroll down to the very bottom of this page where you will find links that will allow you to print out the documents. BOTH of the paper forms must be completed.

All volunteers must complete an application EVERY YEAR.

If your schedule changes during the year, please complete a new form because I sometimes look for volunteers based on the day of the week.
