Employee Access Center (EAC)
The Employee Access Center is an online system used by District employees beginning in January of 2019 to access payroll check, tax, employee deductions and employee demographic information. Employee data will be available to view beginning with the first paycheck in January 2019.
Employees will access the EAC system by clicking on the link below and entering their username and password:
EAC System Link: https://osseo.efp.tiescloud.net/employeeaccess
Username: Employee ID without the leading zeros
Password: Last 4 digits of the employee’s Social Security Number
Passwords may be reset by the employee through the online system. Any other issues with the logging into the system can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 763-391-7007.
Employees will continue to use the myView system to view payroll checks, tax information, non-payroll expense reimbursements and general employee demographic information prior for years prior to the 2019 calendar year. This information can be printed for employee record keeping.
Employees who currently use myTime or myLeave should continue to do so. Any updates to myTime or myLeave will be communicated to you through district email.
Employees will access myView using an encrypted access key token sent to their district email. If an employee did not receive the access key token, or needs help with username or password, an email can be sent to Myview@district279.org or call 763-391-7007 for assistance.
